18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement All models in each graphical image depicted on this website are over the age of 18. All visual media displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual media do not consist of depictions of sexually explicit conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995. In order to comply with the labeling requirements of 28 CFR 75.8 (of June 2005), all pages containing images of actual sexually explicit conduct, (as then defined), published after 6/23/05 have been labeled with a publication date. Under the revised law that became effective 7/27/06, all pages containing images of actual sexually explicit conduct published after 7/27/06 will also be labeled with a publication date.
